Eating & Feeling good about it.

Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to give up all the food you like. You can go on a diet but don't expect results the next day. You have to be realistic. Losing weight takes time and patience. You also have to be consistent and have discipline. People think that eating less will make you lose weight, but they're wrong the trick is to eat more BUT smaller portions. Breakfast is the best way to start off your day because it gets your energy up and going. So I'm putting this to the test.
Eating breakfast and running for an hour every day except Sundays. Me and my boyfriend have until June 23 to see results. The only fast food restaurant we planning eating at is Subway. Hopefully it all goes as planned.

Here's a yummy quick & healthy Breakfast recipe!

MEXICAN SCRAMBLED EGGS

6 tablespoons salad oil
4 corn tortillas, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped white onion
1 small green chile, seeded and chopped
4 eggs, beaten with salt until frothy

Heat half the oil and sauté the tortilla strips. Drain.
Heat remaining oil in skillet and stir-fry the chopped tomato, onion and green chile 30 seconds. Put tortilla strips back into the skillet. Pour beaten eggs into the skillet over other ingredients and cook, stirring often, until mixture sets.
Serve with refried beans and garlic toast.
Serves 4."
